1. Purpose

These terms describe access to and use of https://www.letmehavemyson.com, dedicated to the film Até te encontrar, published by Admin and technically operated by the TribuShare platform (SYLOE GROUP, SAS).

These terms are provided for your information. Your access to this site and your purchases on it are governed by the TribuShare Terms of Service, available at tribushare.com/legal/terms, which prevail over this page unless this page is more favourable to you.

2. Content Publisher

The content on this site is published by:

TribuShare (SYLOE GROUP, SAS) is the seller of record for this transaction: it contracts with you as the buyer, collects the payment, issues the receipt, and handles refunds and applicable taxes. TribuShare acts for the account of Admin, who remains the owner of the content and is solely responsible for the rights in the work and content warranties. The viewing licence for the content is granted to you by TribuShare, on the strength of the rights Admin grants it. Any claim or refund request is directed to TribuShare, which decides it.

Video files are encrypted, and the key to play them is given only to signed-in viewers who hold access. Content cannot be downloaded.

4. Price and Payment

• Payment: processed securely by Stripe, Inc. via Stripe Connect
• Accepted methods: credit cards and other Stripe-supported methods in your territory

In accordance with Articles L221-5 and L221-11 of the French Consumer Code:

• Territories: Worldwide
• Access type: Permanent access: the film remains available in your account without time limit
• Compatibility: major web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on computers, phones and tablets. Internet connection required.
• Interoperability: content is streamed, encrypted, and cannot be downloaded. Viewing is exclusively through the TribuShare platform.

Order process:

1. Sign-in with a one-time code sent to your email address
2. Consent to immediate access and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal, given at checkout, before payment
3. Secure payment via Stripe
4. Immediate access to content
5. Purchase confirmation email (with "Watch now" link)

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

EU/EEA/UK Consumers:

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout, before paying, you expressly request immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you thereby lose that right once access is provided, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. TribuShare nonetheless refunds your purchase if you ask within 14 days and have not started watching (for a rental, before you start it).

To make such a request before streaming, contact support@tribushare.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and the statement: "I withdraw from my purchase of access to Até te encontrar."

Where your request is accepted, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving it, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Non-EU Users:

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase for content that has not been viewed. Once streaming has commenced, the transaction is final.

Refund Process:

TribuShare is the single point of contact for all refund requests.

1. Send your request to support@tribushare.com
2. TribuShare reviews the request and decides it in accordance with applicable law and this policy
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
4. Processing time: 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank

(Annex I(B) Directive 2011/83/EU. This form is only required if you wish to withdraw from the contract; you may also exercise your right by any clear and unambiguous means.)

6. Content Protection

Até te encontrar is encrypted and streamed only to signed-in viewers who hold access, through links that expire. Recording, copying or redistributing it, or attempting to circumvent these access controls, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Até te encontrar and all associated creative elements remain the exclusive property of Admin and/or their rights holders. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights. The TribuShare platform is the exclusive property of SYLOE GROUP, SAS.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Creator's and TribuShare's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase. Neither the Creator nor TribuShare is liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. EU consumers also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of their country of residence.

These terms are available in English, French and Spanish. Each language version is equally valid.
