Refund Request Process
TribuShare (SYLOE GROUP, SAS) is the seller of record for this transaction and the single contact point for buyers: it collects the payment, issues the receipt, and decides and processes refunds in its own name. Admin remains the owner of the content and bears the cost of refunds under their agreement with TribuShare, which does not affect your rights against TribuShare.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
- Processing time: 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank
Payment Processing
Payments are collected by TribuShare (SYLOE GROUP, SAS) via Stripe. The Creator's share of each sale, after deduction of TribuShare's sale fee, matures at the later of 30 days after the sale and Stripe funds availability. It is then transferred monthly to the Creator's connected Stripe account once the Creator's balance reaches 20 in its payout currency (USD 20 or EUR 20), or whatever its amount once it has stayed payable for 90 days without a new earning. These payouts do not affect your refund rights under this policy.
EU/EEA/UK: Withdrawal Right Details
At checkout:
Before paying, you expressly request immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access is provided, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Before streaming:
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or UK and have not started watching (for a rental, before you start it), TribuShare nonetheless refunds your purchase if you ask within 14 days by contacting support@tribushare.com with your order reference and the statement: "I withdraw from my purchase of access to Até te encontrar."
Where your request is accepted, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
After streaming begins:
No refund is available once streaming has commenced.
